Preparation under our control
We control the granules before they go into the block mixture.

Rounded granules, not fragments
Unlike shredded scraps, the granules are rounded and distribute more evenly during mixing.

Why we do not use shredded foam
Shredded foam consists of particles with different shapes and sizes. This variation can make the mix less consistent: it is harder to distribute the filler evenly and reproduce the same material structure from batch to batch. That is why we use prepared rounded granules for our blocks.

What should I send for an accurate estimate?
Send a plan with wall dimensions, the height of each floor, window and door sizes, and the required wall thickness. For partitions, include their total length and height.
Can I order mega blocks?
The catalog includes mega blocks in 2.4 m and 1.2 m lengths. Confirm availability, order volume and loading method before ordering.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is available within Semey city limits only. Confirm the terms and date when ordering.
Does the calculator provide a final quote?
It estimates the number of blocks from wall area and your selected allowance. The final amount depends on the layout, openings and project details. Contact us for a final calculation.
